A growing number of organically processed food are manufactured and distributed via Harmony, Inc. The company is very happy in creating their products using only natural ingredients and the least amount of processing possible. Cereals chips, crackers and chips jams and nut butters and juices are in the list of packaged and bottle goods that constitute the bulk of their food intake. The majority of their distribution is via supermarkets and health food retailers throughout the United States, while they have recently expanded to Europe in addition to Canada. The executives of the early days were committed to moral leadership principles, such as providing employees with a good service as well as helping the local community with items like product donations and protecting the environment. Moral leaders prioritize moral values over other aspects including the bottom line when making decisions on matters like health insurance retirement, availability of day care services for employees’ children, and the security of their jobs (Solinger and co. 2020). The administration believes that these policies have led to employees being more loyal to the business. Cont…
