You create a survey and now you have to determine the sample size that you want for survey completion.? Since there are approximately 300 employees at the hospital who use the EHR, you decide that you want to try to survey the entire population, rather than using a random sample.? This is ok; sometimes with a small population you will want to use the entire group.??
