In Recent Times, as a mechanism to Counter these Insider risks and threats, most Sytes and Federal Agencies have Established Anonymus Whistleblower Hotlines, Wmail Addresses and Online Reporting Forms. Do You Believe that these Mechanism Recue Insider Threats and are Reliable Strategy to Reduce Terrorism Threats? Why or Why Not?

Any insider or person with intellectual capital who has current or prior access to the information, could cause disruption or harm in any of the United States’ critical infrastructure assets, systems, or networks (Todorovic and Trifunovic in 2020). Independent contractors, employees and other trusted insiders may misuse their position to cause serious damage. For instance instances, insiders may have compromised confidential information or tarnished the image of a company and diminished its profits, snatched intellectual property, diminished market share and put lives at risk. Terrorist groups and their followers are increasingly using the Internet for a range of reasons, including but not only: recruiting to raise capital, propagandism and training, inciting people to commit acts of terrorism, or the gathering and dissemination of information for the purpose of committing terrorist acts (ELKSOY Smith and Elksoy 2019). While the benefits of the internet are apparent, it can also be utilized by terrorist organizations to communicate and distribute information regarding and the material support they provide for terrorist attacks and all of these require additional skills for investigation fully (United Nations 2021). These methods are not effective in tackling both threats to terrorists from both sides. Cont…
