INTRODUCTION

when properly applied, the Toyota A3 method may help any company to discover and resolve the obstacles that prevent it from realizing its maximum potential. Toyota Motor Corporation was the first company to adopt this method however, a variety of other companies across a variety of industries have also been following suit. Lenort and his colleagues provide an in-depth study of the A3 strategy that they call “a effective tool for investigating and implementing green strategies within the transportation of an industrial firm.” The final paragraph of a research paper usually summarizes the research’s main arguments and how these arguments impacted readers’ understanding of the topic. It also provides insight into how the research findings are distributed and implemented within the company. In addition, it demonstrates how the data can influence behaviour in various scenarios, including the A3 strategy. It also highlights the most fascinating aspect of the paper that is that of the Toyota A3 approach.

The A3 methodology is defined in the article as an “systematic problem solving and continuous improvement method first implemented by the company Toyota” (Lenort and co. 2017). This article examines whether the A3 method is a good fit for an industrial company in search of a sustainable transport. The authors evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the method by conducting a case study that focuses on the technological advancements within SKODA AUTO’s internal transportation.
