The ability to plan strategically can be developed in the manufacturing field for example, like Nestle by keeping track of and analyzing the progress of the company. One of the primary lessons learned is that through proper strategic planning, businesses will be proactive, not reactive. A company can look to the future with greater confidence when they have a thought-through strategic plan. Strategic planning can help businesses anticipate potential issues and plan for these (Maani, 2019,). It can help one become more organized. A well-thought-out strategy could help define the course an organization must follow and assist in setting achievable targets that align with the stated goals and mission. That’s the reason it’s so beneficial to boost productivity at work. Leadership in the organization could better align the goals of the department of the business through the aid of a well-constructed strategic plan. Cont…
