Choose two historical management theories and explain their influence on the field of organizational
behavior. Provide citations to strengthen your claims.
Describe the importance of self-awareness, self-concept, and emotional intelligence and the role they
play in enabling effective conscious leadership and effective self-leadership. Provide citations to
strengthen your claims.
Briefly summarize the results of each assessment you completed: “The VARK Questionnaire,”
“Cultural Competency Self-Assessment,” and “Rokeach Values Survey,” provided in the topic
Resources. In general, do you believe the results represent who you are as a leader? How will the
results inspire you to be a conscious leader? Explain.
Briefly, conduct a self-reflection in which you answer the following questions: (a) What insights have
you gained about yourself after taking the assessments? (b) How could this knowledge influence your
values, attitude toward others, and how you approach new tasks in the workplace? (c) What have you

Self-Assessment and Reflection

Leadership is present and essential in every aspect of human life. The qualities and abilities of leadership be innate to some however, others acquire and acquire the same through effort and becoming visible and present (Berkovich & Eyal, 2019). This article examines and analyzes my leadership abilities by analyzing my strengths and weaknesses as a leader , and looking at ways I can enhance these abilities and abilities. This will be of immense advantage as leadership demands a thorough self-awareness as well as constant self advancement, as was the case with Poturak and co. (2020) argued. The review will build upon data obtained via VARK questionnaire, Rokeach values survey VARK questionnaire, the cultural competence self-assessment and Rokeach surveys on values.

Qualities of Conscious Leadership

Conscious leadership is among the four fundamental principles of conscious capitalism as defined in Mackey as well as Sisodia (2014). They refer to conscious leaders as visionaries who have high impact who can achieve greater financial performance, generate long-term value, and inspire positive changes. Mackey and Sisodia add how conscious leaders are defined by leaders who motivate others to improve the world as a place, instill an awareness of the larger significance in their organisations they recognize the worth and talents of their colleagues and trust the fundamental values and the mission of the company to inspire them.
