The easiest way to go about studying the article titled Space Mining & Exploration: Affronting the Challenge of a Pivotal Event (Skauge 2020) is to begin by reading the title. It explains the subject matter and the content in the text. The next step is to read the contents table, that offers a summary of every area discussed. The next step is to go to the end, and it is not difficult to grasp and understand the entire article. However the section I found the most difficult while reading the article was studying the analysis prior to reading through the various topics and text.

The ideas in the article that are difficult to comprehend were The Moon Treaty and The Outer Space Treaty. They were among the most difficult due to the fact that one needs to recall the meaning of what The Common Heritage of Mankind and the MagnaCarta are and if not remember, then one should do some research to understand the message that the article is trying to communicate. Even after all of this it is still necessary to read the text again so that one can read the entire text at once and fully understand what’s being said. My reading of the text is that governments have written agreement to investigate and exploit the potential of the ocean as well as the outer space as well as Antarctica without inciting conflict with other nations. But, each region is becoming more self-centered about what is covered by the treaty with regard to mining in space, which would take metals from space and be used on Earth,
