I am writing in response to an opening on your diversity and ethics committee. Please
find my responses to the questions on the job ad below.

Unique perspectives refer to being aware of and acknowledging intentional respect. This can be a means of creating a culture of natural interdependence, resulting in appreciation of strengths naturally. Positive expectations for behavior are given more importance in this context. I provide a holistic view of integrating cultural competence into everyday life by understanding my own culture . Therefore, I am able to recognize dignity and respect that another person has by placing myself in their in their shoes. I facilitate community mobilization for forums on cultural competence.

One good example of possibilities to use cultural events to spread the culture. It also provides an educational platform to discuss stereotypes and their effects. Another instance is that having been involved with many different age ranges of the community, both young and old I can contribute to the structure of the team by way of my expertise in managing conflict. I was able to manage the aspect of the conflict that was cross-generational and required acknowledgment of the cross-generational cultural and changes in culture for an amicable resolution to be found.
