Question: According to the feedback from the questionnaire, what type of team leader/style do you think you will become, and why? Include a confident statement that demonstrates a leadership style that suits you. Strengthen and weaken

I see myself as a confident and assertive leader. I know and understand myself very well, and I am very aware of the impact of my actions on myself, others and my performance. I have a positive influence on the thoughts of those around me and I have high self-esteem. One of my gifts of self-awareness is the ability to focus on the good even in adverse situations. Based on the survey results, I consider myself an engaging leader. “In participatory leadership, leaders solicit and review employee suggestions, but make the final judgment” (Luthans et al., 2015). Essentially, managers believe that subordinates’ suggestions are invaluable. I always like to consult “experts” (people who work in that department, etc.) when making a decision. I’m honored to admit that there are more knowledgeable people to learn from and refer to.
