The Healthy People Initiative aims to enhance the health and well-being of all citizens in the United States by implementing specific goals that are adopted by various communities across the United States. They envision a world where people can reach their health and well-being’s maximum potential throughout their lifetime (Healthy People 2030, 2022). They want to boost the efforts of the country to improve the health of people. Health department administrators can utilize Healthy People as a tool to get information on changes in the health condition that affect individuals in the US population. The information provides them with the objectives and goals of the decade that they can then use to take the goals and objectives or modify them to better meet the requirements of their specific regions. This information will also assist the implementation of different actions. Additionally, Healthy People provides knowledge for managers on essential health issues that need to be monitored for healthy well-being and health.
