Directions: Continue researching the company you selected for the Topic 3 CLC assignment to provide a minimum of six sources according to the following criteria. Use at least three previous research sources from Topic 3 and two or three new sources that are needed to address the remaining questions. Also include the Wall Street Journal as a source. Apple Inc. may successfully manage change through effective communications that are symmetrical. This type of communication happens when there is a real two-way dialog between workers and managers. An increasing number of employees are seeking advice from their employers for advice not just about what they should do at work but also how they can improve their overall health (Smith 2021). Managers,

A. (2020). Employees and change agents need to communicate clearly and make sure they are communicated in a way that is an efficient and effective communication. Numerous companies have realized that communicating difficult issues in writing can be beneficial and efficient, and Apple should do the same. To be successful the parties involved must to be able to hear one another and then respond in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, Apple should encourage two-way flexible, transparent, and responsive communication throughout the process of managing change so that employees and change agents can see that their views and concerns as being taken into consideration.
