As you review the information from the entire class, describe which approach you would adopt as your

Theories of leadership explain the reasons and how different individuals become leaders. Leaders employ different styles to lead, motivate and guide people, as well as develop plans. Knowledge about leadership styles and theories can help determine the most effective methods for leadership and the kind of leader that one must be. Based on the information I’ve gathered from the entire class I am more comfortable with the participative style of leadership. Participative leadership is one form of leadership in which leaders are guided to be attentive to staff and involve them in the process of making decisions. Leaders who follow this model of leadership are more inclusive, possess excellent communication abilities, and are more likely to share the responsibility. I think I could apply this style of leadership successfully since it allows me to perform my duties in a genuine manner while creating an inclusive group. In the words of George (2022) that leaders must consider their subordinates when making choices to inspire them to be more effective. Therefore, it is crucial to focus on “We” rather than “I since inclusivity is crucial to transforming leadership. In addition, making sure that employees are part of the decision-making process is in line with the notion that “life always responds to instructions, it doesn’t follow the directives. Based on this idea, I’ve realized that making decisions are an opportunity to get a response from associates, subordinates, and even superiors (Zenflowchart 2022). Therefore making decisions that involve my subordinates creates an opportunity for a partnership relationship that the world seeks. Life prefers the role of a partner, not a boss.
