IS Strategy

The strategy is the general direction that is set by an organization’s components to ensure the achievement of a specific state. It’s a framework for management decisions that are based on company’s objectives and goals, as well as the strategies to achieve them. This article explains how business strategy can drive IS as well as organizational strategy. It also explains what happens when business strategy isn’t the driving force. Why is it crucial to have a business strategy that drives the organizational plan in addition to IS strategy? The business strategy is the foundation on which the activities of the whole business and its objectives and goals are constructed. The business strategy of a company should not be regarded as a priority and followed in a way that the company is synchronized with its organizational, business, as well as IS strategy. Organizational and IS strategies are based on the business strategy to determine guidance and goals to reach their objectives. This allows the managers of these divisions to develop and implement initiatives to meet the company strategy’s stated goals and goals. When developing a plan and vision for business it is crucial to take into account the goals of the company and the underlying principles.
