Touchstone 2.2: Create an Annotated Bibliography
ASSIGNMENT: Using your research question, working thesis, and outline from Touchstone 1.2, create an
annotated bibliography that provides a synopsis of your sources and an explanation of how you will use
them.
As this assignment builds on Touchstone 1.2: Create a Project Proposal, that Touchstone, as well as
Touchstone 2.1: Evaluate a Source, must be graded before you can submit your annotated bibliography.

for the annotated bibliography. You may use the source you chose for Touchstone 2.1, if the source was a

The source is crucial to my research because it speaks about positive workplace culture. As per Parent & Lovelace (2018) Positive work culture is essential to develop workplace and job satisfaction in a business. Business leaders must to be aware of how to create an enjoyable, positive workplace, as well as knowing how job changes could impact employees positively and negatively on their capacity to adjust. The source is crucial in assessing the importance of effective communication within an organization, assisting me convince my supervisor to establish a positive work environment. (Peer-Reviewed article)

The source investigates the effect of the culture of work in an organization on employee performance and satisfaction. The source states that the university education system in Thailand increased in quality because of the satisfaction and the performance of the students and is due to an successful positive work cultures that range from effective leadership and efficient conflict resolution. This article will assist me in highlighting the importance of effective communication within an organization for creating positive work environments, and the importance of the leader in creating these positive changes.
