Suggest two ways that a leader could use his or her power to influence team members to be more productive and ethically responsible.

It is a common belief that when you “dress to be successful,” others will perceive you as assured and prosperous. If your outfit is the only thing that makes you feel comfortable, you’ll be perceived as cowardly. People will be able to tell if you are the character of a leader, not just by what they wear, but rather by the way they behave around them. For leaders who are great there is no need for tension since they have the upper hand in the situation (D’Auria and De Smet 2020). Remain calm and keep your hands close to demonstrate that you’re not unwilling to assert your power. Write in straightforward, clear words when you’re trying to make your point. Simply get straight to the point without rambling about the background or your elaborate analysis, your thinking process and all the other possibilities you thought of. All-talking leaders don’t exist. Keep an eye-to-eye contact with anyone who you’re speaking to (Tumpey and others.
