I have to admit that putting together an outline of my nursing career was quite a challenge for me as I awaited the start to writing my nursing resume. My personality has been shaped through the various experiences that I’ve had over the last 14 years in the field of nursing I’ve come to realize. I’m interested in anything new that I’m exposed to and nursing has many things to offer. I’ve worked in various situations, including the heart-related transitional care unit, an acute rehabilitation unit and a camp or school nurse and an in-home nurse and as a nursing assistant helping integrate children with developmental delays to enter public schools. As of now I’ve managed to strengthen my relationships with my clients and employees as well as each of the companies I’ve worked with. When I graduate and become a nurse, I’ll be required to keep working to bridge the gap and provide the right treatment guidelines that are based on more knowledge (Nghe et al. 2020). In my nursing career I’d like to keep informing those new to the medical profession and provide the highest level of care to each patient I meet. Cont..
